6.4 Anti-Money Laundering. bj77 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to monitoring. bj77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that raises AML concerns and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the User. Users must not use the bj77 Platform to transfer funds for any purpose other than legitimate gambling activity.

6.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bj77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of BDT 100 to dormant account balances. Users will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds awarded by bj77 carry a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Eligible Games. Not all games on the bj77 Platform contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of stake value. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms. The Color Game and Bombing Fishing titles contribute at rates specified per promotion.

7.3 One Bonus Per Account. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device, and per IP address. bj77 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers or void bonus-derived winnings if evidence of promotional abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts, is detected.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds that remain in a bj77 account beyond the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without further notice.

All sports bets placed on the bj77 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause, as well as any sport-specific rules published in the relevant betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules shall prevail.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. bj77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that it suspects are placed by automated systems, syndicates, or in breach of these terms.

8.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the bj77 Platform are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. bj77 offers both decimal and fractional odds formats selectable in your account settings.

8.3 Errors and Mis-priced Odds. In the event that bj77 posts materially incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, bj77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies to all cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, and international fixtures.

8.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the conditions for settlement have been met, bj77 will void the affected bets and return stakes to users' accounts within 24 hours. 8.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are subject to brief acceptance delays to prevent the exploitation of delays between live event broadcasts and the bj77 Platform. bj77 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice.

All casino games available on the bj77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, Color Game, and Bombing Fishing — are provided by certified third-party software providers. Each game operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are advised to review individual game rules before wagering.

9.1 Random Number Generation. All virtual casino games on the bj77 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by previous results, account balance, bet size, or any other external factor.

9.2 Technical Failures. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj77 Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj77 excludes all liability for:

(b) Loss or corruption of data resulting from Platform use;

(c) Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;

Upon account closure for breach, bj77 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and retain any balance where it represents proceeds of fraudulent activity or where forfeiture is required under applicable law. Where closure is due to circumstances beyond the User's control, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the User's registered payment method following completion of AML checks.
